Learning Transfer Process & Feedback
As adult learners we need to be able to apply - and embed our learning back in the work place as soon after the training as possible.
We also require feedback on our learning progress along the way.
Each module throughout the training program has a minimum of 3 on the job feedback/embedding tools to ensure at any given time you or your team are motivated and kept on track.
